James Kelly

James has a degree in Accountancy (Dundee), a Masters in Construction Project Management (Heriot Watt) and a further Masters in Administration (Harvard, USA). All of these have contributed to his learning how the construction world should work. His career however has been spent mostly at the coal face of construction learning how it really works, as a project manager for a large commercial property consultant, for a global construction contractor, and more latterly for a small boutique consultancy working in the house building sector. He has managed a number of his own projects, from flat refurbishments to full scale refurbishments of entire town houses.
